Monica put my faith back in real estate agents.
My husband and I were looking to rent a home in Wellington last year and had a realtor who did nothing for us for 5 months and we were out of time we needed to move within 3 weeks. Monica and her husband were wonderful. They showed us 3 places on Saturday morning and we were approved by Monday for a place in Wellington in the school district we wanted. We are now planning on buying a house in the next 6 months and I will be calling her. She went above and beyond because we were in such a time crunch and showed us how a proper real estate agent works. Trust me there are horrible ones out there for 5 months. I had one that I had to chase around and look for homes for him to show me and had no problem taking my money but sure had a problem showing up at showings. Monica put my faith back in real estate agents. Thank you.
